Let your light shine

We get light from many different sources; torches, phones, lamps, street lights, the sun, the moon, car head lights are just a few examples.  In my story many types of lights are used to create different effects in a particular storyline.  The light from a full moon gives an eerie setting when used to illustrate suspense and mystery; a flaming torch used within an old stone building creates a heart pounding setting creating dancing shadows from the walls giving the illusion of fear or intrigue; the bright sun shining by day gives a feeling of everything will work out alright, creating an ambience of joy and serenity; headlights from a car on a dark, foggy night may give a feeling of fear and uncertainty; the light from a torch may give a sense of purpose and guidance as the beam shines the way ahead.

At some point in our lives we have all used different sources of light for different reasons.  As I write and develop storylines, I have in mind a particular idea or journey where the story needs to go; I find inspiration from things everyday whether it be something I have seen or something I have read.  We all can be inspired from day to day to allow our own light to shine out to be an inspiration to others.

If you believe in yourself, you can achieve anything.  Allow your imagination to soar, be all you can be and let your own light shine out, and whatever you do and whatever you want to be, it will become an inspiration to others to fulfil their own dreams in life.

Never let your light go out!

You hear, but do you listen?

Admittedly every once in a while we can be hearing what someone's saying but actually not really taking it to heart, for various reason...
